Free Cancellation Offer-There’s no fee to cancel within 24 hours of an advance made booking only. (48 hours or more)
– Free Cancellation Offer Not Valid on Same Day/Last Minute requests or on any jobs due within the 48 hours of booking. We do bill in full.
– Some Cancellations are subject to a full (100%), half (50%), or partial (25%) meaning a 25%-100% cancellation fee is subject to be charged towards a particular reservation all depending on the nature of that cancellation and the agreed amount.
– Each Cancellation we handle in a different manner all depending on the nature & situation of that cancellation.
– Cancellations on bookings made right prior to scheduled services will be non-refundable.
– Any Service cancelled exactly after the driver has been dispatched or while in route will be non-refundable.
– All Private Tours, Hourly Services, & Scheduled Pre-Paid services will be non-refundable.
– Any Jobs booked or due within 48 hours from pickup date and pickup time will be non-refundable.
– Cancellation Fees apply to per reservation made with us.
– We Bill in full for a No Show.

We offer an array of name brand vehicles. Ranging from standard luxury to high end luxury vehicles. All our vehicles range from Standard Sedans, Luxury Sedans, Standard SUVs, Luxury SUVs, Standard Sprinters, Luxury Sprinters and much more….
We recommend all our clientele to book a ride with us minimum 2 weeks in advance or more for your travel plans ahead. Last minute is sometimes very hard for us due to availability. In some instances we might be available and other instances we aren’t due to being booked out solid on the road handling other confirmed reservations. We give first priority for confirmed reservations that are made in advance ahead of time. But we also so much as value our last minute clientele who are looking for a ride on such a last minute notice. If we are available we will not deny you service and we will come and pick you up to take you where you need to go. Nevertheless, it’s always way better to schedule a ride in advance for your travel plans ahead. It’s Hassle-Free and Stress-Free to book a ride in advance with us for your travel plans ahead.
We accept Cash and all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp. Payment IDs will be given up on confirmation to send in your payments. Cash is also accepted as a method of payment but Cash must be given to only one of our managing member or representatives and not our chauffeurs before ride starts or immediately right after ride finishes. Any cash payments of $300 USD and over must be in a secure envelope. We still require a valid credit card to fully secure your vehicle and fully confirm your reservation with us. If you decide on paying cash to use our services your credit card will not be charged.
Why dont we allow our chauffeurs to accept or carry any cash on delivery of our services?
The answer is for everyone’s safety. And to keep both chauffeur and all our passengers safe. We don’t allow our chauffeurs to carry any Cash due to safety reasons. It’s to keep everyone safe. We love to keep you safe while your riding and on the move because when you move, we move.℠

Once the services is complete your credit card details given to us will be permanently deleted. We only keep credit cards on file temporarily until the service is complete for the following reasons: Incidentals, to fully secure vehicle, confirm bookings, and/or to pay for our services. The only way your credit card details will remain in our database is if you agree to create an account with us. That’s when your credit card details will remain in our database permanently but securely. Our database is very safe and secure.
We recommend being picked up from your scheduled pickup point for a departing flight at least 3-4 hours early to make it on time for your departing flight. We at Mr. Nice Guy stand strongly behind our name and our services. We take our clients departures very seriously and we always would like to play it safe rather than sorry when it comes to all our clients departures and making it to their flights on time rather than missing flights. We are not responsible for any missed flights outside of recommended pickup time, changing your pickup locations without our knowledge, traffic delays, unsafe road conditions, road blocks, mechanical breakdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstance made by the act of God.
A forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy is in place, if job is not cancelled within (48) hours as provided any full or partial payment paid will be non-refundable. Please note the (48) hours start after the (1) signing of contract by client, (2) reservations made online through our website, (3) Call or Text, (4) once reservation or booking is confirmed or when you receive a full emailed confirmation from us for your booked reservation. Absolutely No Refund for jobs booked and due within the 48 hours or on any last minute jobs due to rush and impulsive service.
